Production method and principle of silicon board production line
硅质板生产线是以普通聚苯乙烯颗粒为主原料，聚苯乙烯原料经预热发泡颗粒后，再与有机防火材料混合搅拌覆膜，加入泡沫板设备即加热二次发泡成型，产品达到A级不燃效果，有着导热系数低、防火、防水、轻质、强度高等特点。
The silicon plate production line is mainly made of ordinary polystyrene particles, and the polystyrene raw materials are heated by preheated foam particles and then mixed with organic fireproofing materials to stir the film. The foam plate equipment is added to heat two times foaming molding, and the product achieves the A-level non combustible effect, and has the characteristics of low thermal conductivity, fire resistance, waterproof, light weight and high strength.
1、高速压力渗透机一套、热烘干机一组、高速传动装置两套、自动搅拌机两台、入料装置一套。
1. One set of high-speed pressure infiltration machine, one set of heat dryer, two sets of high-speed transmission device, two sets of automatic mixer and one set of feeding device.
2、热固复合聚苯板设备尺寸：长度14米、宽度1.85米、高度1.6米。

3、加工版材料尺寸：长度1200毫米、宽度600毫米、厚度30-100毫米。

硅质板设备以氯氧镁或水泥为主阻燃剂，协效其它无机阻燃剂形成了复合阻燃体系，通过真空浸渍法将其浸渍于聚苯乙烯泡沫板的缝隙中。
